Rachael Osborn
Rachael Osborn is a retired public interest water lawyer and adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington and Gonzaga Law Schools, where she taught Water Law for 25 years.
Rachael is author of several articles about Washington water resources law and policy, including Climate Change and the Columbia River Treaty and From Loon Lake to Chuckanut Creek: The Rise and Fall of Environmental Values in Washington’s Water Resources Act.
